What the Agenda is for: a to-do list on a timeline
A task manager built into a calendar that also includes other countries' days off: it shows the public holidays of your own country and of the countries you work with, records your holidays and absences, and a repeating task can be set to skip any date that is a day off — a public holiday in the countries you choose, or one of your own absences.
Plan the day, the week, the month or the whole year in visible blocks of time. Tasks have categories and subcategories, colour, tags, Markdown notes and subtasks, and the same plan can be viewed as a day column, a week grid, a month overview or a year-long Gantt chart: the view changes, the plan stays the same.
A floating pomodoro timer is attached to the task you are working on, so the focus time is recorded against that task rather than a generic countdown. Everything is stored in your browser; signing in is optional and only adds syncing between devices. Any part of the plan can be exported as a calendar file.
