What makes it different

Any tool can find the hours you have in common. Few check what each person is doing at that hour.

A normal scheduler only checks that everyone is awake. It doesn't take into account that 14:30 is lunchtime in Madrid, that Friday is part of the weekend in Riyadh, or that the time it suggests falls on a national holiday in São Paulo.

UnisonTime checks all of that for 59 countries and regions, half hour by half hour, and tells you how convenient each time is for each person.

  • Meals

Lunch is at 12:00 in Chicago, 14:30 in Madrid and 13:00 in Tokyo. A meeting that overlaps someone's lunch loses points.

  • Weekends

Saturday and Sunday in most places — but Friday and Saturday in Saudi Arabia, Israel, Bangladesh and Egypt. A Friday morning in Riyadh is not a working slot.

  • Holidays

National and regional public holidays for every participant, checked against their own local date rather than yours.

How it works

  1. Add your attendees

Add a country or a city for each person. Working hours, meal windows and sleep are filled in from that country's typical schedule — change any of it if your team runs differently.

  2. Find the best slot with the Harmony Score

Every half-hour of the day gets a score out of 100, with the reason attached: who'd be asleep, who'd be at dinner, who'd be off that day. The best slots are listed first.

  3. Save it to your calendar

Export to Google Calendar, Outlook, Teams or a standard .ics file. If the time still has to be agreed, share a poll link: people vote without creating an account.

Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Every tool, with no usage limits, no card and no trial to expire. You don't need an account today — the calculations run in your browser. If the conditions ever change, you'll hear it in advance.
Do I need an account?
No. Every tool works fully without signing in, and your data stays in your browser. Signing in with Google or Microsoft is optional and only adds syncing across your devices.
How is this different from a time-zone converter?
A converter tells you what time it is there. UnisonTime tells you whether that time is a good one for each person, taking into account their meals, sleep, working hours, weekend and public holidays, and ranks every slot of the day accordingly.
What happens to my data?
All the calculations run in your browser; nothing needs to be sent anywhere for it to work. Saved meetings are stored in your browser unless you sign in, in which case they sync to your account. Availability polls are stored on a server so they can be shared by link, and are deleted after 30 days.
Who is this for?
Distributed teams, freelancers with clients abroad, families living on different continents, and anyone who always ends up taking the early-morning call.

For anyone who lives, works or travels across time zones, so that nobody has to meet during their sleeping hours.
