These Terms govern your use of UnisonTime (the “Service”), operated by Omar Martín, an individual based in Spain. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
UnisonTime is a suite of time tools — among them a meeting planner, a daily agenda, a world clock, converters, a jet-lag planner, country guides and a holiday calendar. The current plan is free. We may add paid plans in the future; any paid features and their terms will be presented before you pay.
Free access, changes and discontinuation
Free access is offered for as long as we run the Service. It is not a perpetual licence and it is not a commitment to keep the Service running.
If we change what the Service costs, we will announce it in advance both in the app itself and here.
We may discontinue the Service or any part of it. If we shut it down entirely, we will announce it at least 30 days beforehand — as a notice across the top of every page of the app, and here — unless something outside our control makes that impossible, and leave that time for you to export your data. This matters more than it sounds: your data is stored in this browser, under this web address, so once the site is gone nothing can read it. That is also why you never have to wait for us — you can export at any time, without an account, from Your data. Since the Service is free, no refund arises.
Accounts
You may use the Service without an account. If you sign in — with Google or with a one-time email link — you are responsible for that account and for the activity under it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access, and no use that infringes others’ rights.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to sync your data or share a poll link you create).
Availability & “as is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
